The detail in the pineapple is quite lovely, and the beautiful shine of the tray brings it to life. Constructed by hand from sand cast aluminum, the tray is then buffed to a gleaming shine. Food safe, the tray is also tarnish free, and can be brightened when necessary with a 100% cotton flannel polishing cloth. Please hand wash the tray in a mild dish soap as the dishwasher will damage the finish. All Arthur Court products are made of a proprietary aluminum alloy that may be chilled in the refrigerator or freezer for serving cold foods or warmed in the oven to 350 degrees for serving hot or warm foods.
