Product Description

The carving fork measures 11.8" long. The fork's length is 7.3". Each Cotellerie Berti carving fork is handmade in Italy by one artisan from start to finish. Each fork is initialed by the craftsman who made it. Each Berti Insieme carving fork comes with a magnetized individual block that fits the knife. The block can stand upright or lay in a drawer. Each magnetized block has the picture of the knife or utensil and the Italian name of the knife or utensil on the side for quick identification. As you purchase more Berti Insieme knives you can stick the blocks together. Berti magnet blocks are not only neat, they save counter and drawer space while protecting your knives. Red Lucite riveted handle. Blade made from an equal mix of carbon and steel (420b). The fork features a full tang and is forged by hand. Hand made in Italy.
