The Mozzetta handmade knife features a straight cutting edge and pointless blade to be used only for cutting. "Mozzetti" means a knife without a point. This is the style of knife was used by the founder of the Berti company because of its razor sharp edge and that the laws of the day were restricting pointed blade knives. The knife's blade measures 2.6 inches and the overall length of the knife is 6.3 inches. Each Cotellerie Berti knife is handmade in Italy by one artisan from start to finish. Each blade is initialed by the craftsman who made it.
