The Cuisinart Elite 12 cup white food processor features a white housing that conceals a powerful 1000 watt peak motor. This white Cuisinart food processor features a large 12 cup work bowl with measurement markings and a smaller 4 cup work bowl that sits inside the large one for smaller tasks.

The Elite food processor collection features new and innovative technology. The lid is more advanced. It features an easy locking system. There is no need to put on the lid and twist it to lock it in place, now you can place the lid on the top and press down until you hear a click. The lid is locked AND sealed with the SealTight Advatage System. Now you can fill the work bowl to capacity with food and run the processor with no leaking or spilling from around the rim.

The cutting blades in the Cuisinart Elite Collection, both the small and large one, now lock down into place. Simply insert the blade and press down to lock it. Once locked, the blade will stay put until you physically pull it out. Now, you can pour and the blade will stay in place with no fear of it falling into the bowl or container you are pouring into. There is no need to hold the blade with your free hand while you are pouring!

The white housing is complimented by a electronic touch pad control and blue LED light that indicated the machine is on. The touch pad is easy to operate and easy to clean. It offers 3 buttons: on, off and pulse.

Other features included with the Cuisinart Elite 12 cup white food processor are a reversible shredder disk (turn it on one side for a thick grate or to the other for a thinner shred); a slicing blade that is adjustable (simply turn the knob and dial in the thickness of the slice from 1-6mm).
