For example, the CIA peppermill has a built in funnel to prevent spilling during filling, the coarseness of the grind is controlled by a dial on the body that is moved by your finger and the dial will stay at the desired setting until you move it. The kitchen knives are weighted toward the bolster of the knife so the knife does most of the work and not your arm. The cookware is fully-clad with 7 layers of materials--one layer being pure copper for conductivity. The cookware also features ergonomic handles that arch over other pots and pans on the cooktop.
