Microplane Professional Series Fine Grater/Zester

I purchased this grater for Parmesan cheese. I already knew that Microplane graters were good because I already have one of the skinny ones. This wider ones give more area to grate on, which means the wider ones are more efficient. The grates are very sharp, though. Be really careful or buy the safety guard for it. I have grated my knuckles a time or two.
