The Swiss Diamond 10 inch fry pan is reinforced with up to 200,000 diamond crystals per pan. The diamond crystals serve two purposes: durability and heat conduction. Diamonds reinforce the non-stick coating making it virtually indestructible--safe for metal utensils and safe to go in the dishwasher. The diamonds also bring increased heat conduction; diamonds are four times more heat conductive than copper!

The Best Nonstick Pan--EVER!, August 6, 2009

I read the comment on the Swiss Diamond page from the owner of this store. He is right. This is the best nonstick pan I have ever used. Nothing sticks to it, it's dishwasher safe and I can use my metal turner on it. I would prefer a metal handle, though. I haven't had problems with the handle; I just think it would look better.
