The pepper mills are unique in that the mills give precise control through their two-step "Lock & Grind" process: first the pepper corns are crushed, releasing their essential oils and flavors; then the crushed corns are ground to the consistency you choose.
The salt mills contain a different anti-corrosive grinding mechanism composed of nylon for precise portion control. All mills feature a pop out mechanism for easy cleaning and come in a variety of American hardwoods and finishes.
Vic Firth rolling pins are turned to precise measurements to ensure an even rolling surface. Vic Firth creates a broad assortment of pins, ranging from traditional to specialty. All pins are crafted from solid rock maple. All pins and mills are handcrafted in Maine.
