Wusthof Grand Prix II knives offer the same precision forging from a single blank of high carbon steel, but offer a more contemporary sleek design. Like the Wusthof Classic series, the Grand Prix II knives are honed by hand twice and feature a laser-controlled and tested cutting edge. The handles are ergonomic, made of a slip-resistant, pebble-grained polymer.
