China quality excellent
I gave this 4 stars because the green lid and gripper have a terrible perfume smell. I've had to wash it in the dishwasher and the smell is less, but not gone. When I made my first cup of tea, it was so overbearing, I dumped the tea out. I've done a lot of searching for the size in ounces. I never found out but it holds about 15.5 ounces. Otherwise, I really love the cup and will continue to try and get the smell removed.
