Emile Henry Bakeware

Emile Henry Bakeware
Emile Henry bakeware has been crafted in Marcigny, France using native burgundy clay since 1850. All Emile Henry bakeware and tableware is crafted of Ceradon - an exclusive ceramic and glaze developed by Emile Henry. Ceradon has an extremely hard glaze that does not scratch and is shock and chip resistant. Each piece of Emile Henry bakeware can go directly from the freezer to a hot oven, withstanding temperature changes from 0 degrees F to over 500 degrees F. Emile Henry ceradon not only withstands these great temperature changes, but it also retains its heat or coolness, allowing you to serve hot or cold dishes and keep them at the temperature you desire for extended periods of time.

Emile Henry bakeware is not only durable and functional, it is also quite stylish and creates a beautiful and colorful presentation. Color collections include classic: blue (azur), yellow (citron), green (vert), red (cerise), white (blanc), figue, black, pink and urban: figue, slate, sand, sky, nougat and new apricot.
