Sandy Chilewich wasn't looking for the perfect fabric to make into placemats, but she found it. While seeking more ways to innovate in the hosiery industry, she stumbled upon woven vinyl and fell in love with this under-used textile. With her architect husband, Joe Sultan, she launched Chilewich in 2000, offering the distinctive and durable tablemats you see here. Sandy Chilewich's fascination with color and texture brings style and sophistication to your table, adding depth to even the simplest table settings.
