FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $150 or more. Most items are shipped the same or next business day. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and expected delivery date for your package the afternoon your package is shipped. We cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped within one business day; we can only guarantee that we will package your order carefully and ship it as quickly as possible. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date please note this in the comments box of the checkout screen. We will do our best to get your order to you on or before this date and will contact you if it will be necessary to upgrade to an expedited shipping method. (Please note: UPS Ground service is only available to the contiguous 48 states and UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.) USPS Priority Mail may be substituted for lighter shipments.
