Peugeot's U-Select mills offer 6 grind selections. Once you set the mill for your desired grind coarseness the setting will stay until you move it. U-Select assures the same grind coarseness over and over again with never having to readjust the grind every time you use it. Finally, a pepper mill with a "memory" for the consistency of pepper you like. Lifetime guarantee on the grinding mechanism. Made in France.
