Product Description

This handmade knife is strong and is traditionally used by farmers for work and for eating. It features an interior metal casing for strength and solid metal heads that make it virtually indestructible. The knife's blade measures 3" long and the overall length is 6.9". The knife gets its name from the French military corps called the "Zuavi." Each Cotellerie Berti knife is handmade in Italy by one artisan from start to finish. Each blade is initialed by the craftsman who made it.
