The Large Oval Platter joins the family of the Cantaria Collection made by Skyros Designs. This platter is in the golden honey color, and has a wonderful handmade design. You will notice that the edges are not perfectly round and the platter appears to have a finish similar to a hammered metal. The charming platter from the Skyros Cantaria Dinnerware Collection has a unique shape and is not as heavy as traditional stoneware. This comes from the fact that the platter is made from a fine, thin, stoneware base. The irregular contours and rich texture of the Cantaria large oval platter gives the platter a unique shape. It is this fabulous form that makes the Cantaria Collection one of the most sought after patterns. Enjoy this large oval platter, as it is a functional and intriguing piece, as well as being functional. The Cantaria Collection has the durability of traditional stoneware but is not as heavy.
