Perhaps my most favorite piece of the entire Cantaria Collection is the square, covered, casserole dish. This honey color is especially striking. The square casserole dish roomy enough for a multitude of dishes. The casserole measures 7.5 by 7.5 inches and has a capacity of 16 cups, so you could make you favorite squash and cheese casserole in this dish, or you could even try baked apples. Use it with or without the lid, but you will enjoy the beauty of this lid! It is large enough that all of the handmade irregularities show. The handle is not perfectly round, as you would expect from a handmade item. No matter what you cook in it, be sure to serve it with the lid on, just to show off the beauty of this outstanding piece from the Cantaria Collection.
